Delivery
We favor shipments by Colissimo for reliability and efficiency.
The customer is informed of the shipment by sending an email informing him of the tracking number allowing him to click or connect (www.coliposte.net) to know its progress. It then takes 2 to 3 working days to be delivered or receive a notice of passage in the mailbox. From the deposit of the notice of passage in the customer's mailbox, the latter has 10 days to go and collect it from the Post Office.
You can track the status of your order using the tracking number of your package that was sent to you by email when it was shipped. If it is indicated as delivered, you can then contact your Post Office. If you are unable to obtain more information, you can contact customer service on 01 40 87 24 55 or by email: contactvpc@lesinterchangeables.com, who may, if necessary, open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you have 14 days to return it.
Your order can be cancelled by going to your account > cancel my order. If your package has already been shipped, you still have the option to refuse it or return it to us. The return costs are your responsibility and the refund will be made after receipt of your package.

Products and production
All our jewelry is entirely designed, manufactured and assembled by hand in our Parisian workshop, in Nanterre.
All our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year excluding natural wear and tear of the ribbon.
Engraving is offered. Engraving is limited to 13 characters per line on 3 lines maximum.
All stages of production of our jewelry are 100% meticulously carried out by hand in our Parisian workshop, in Nanterre.
All our jewelry is adjustable. So there is no problem with size, they fit all fingers, all wrists.
Once you have selected your items, go to your “Shopping Cart”. You can then enter your code in the box provided for this purpose before paying for your order.
Please note that our promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, can only be used once, and may be subject to a minimum purchase. Similarly, vouchers won during competitions cannot be combined with promotions, and are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Interview
Our jewelry is made to be worn every day and to stand the test of time.
This can happen… so don’t panic. Putting the disc back on is very simple. All you need to do is take your ribbon, join the two ends and pass them through the disc. All you need to do is make a simple knot and that’s it!
All our jewelry is water resistant. Whether in the shower, at the beach or in the pool, they will no longer have any reason to leave you!
Even if your jewelry has been designed to withstand water and all of life's events, it is recommended, like any jewelry, to take care of it.
So when you are not wearing them, store them in your jewelry box or in their original pouch or case.
To revive the color and shine of your gold and palladium jewelry, rub them with a soft cloth. As for the ribbons, you can also clean them regularly. To do this, it's very simple: a little soap, a little water, and that's it.
